December 2011

December began with a couple of flashes and more of the same “cloudless rain” on the west coast.  First up was a circular flash from Sydney:

That was followed later in the afternoon by another circular flash from Albany. Read Cliffhanger’s related weather update here.

The picture below shows the clear skies on the north west coast, while the picture following it shows the radar telling a completely different story.  Again.

Dec 1, 2011 - no cloud

Broome to Exmouth apparently raining, regardless that there's not a cloud in sight

You’ll also notice in the above image that Darwin is not only sending out a strong and longer than usual beam, it also has a faint circular flash occurring.  The beams had been happening regularly since late afternoon, and all of them were directed toward the middle third of Timor.

A couple of good beams from Darwin on the 15th:

About beyond the weatherzone

Australia is in the grip of some very strange weather patterns. Massive cyclones, historic flooding, snow and hail out of season, and increasing violent stormcells have become the norm. Could this be due to experimentation? Australia is involved with HAARP, the VFL group, and we have the world's largest ionospheric heater at Exmouth. Australia is the ideal experimentation ground, and we don't even know! Is it possible - are we being conned? Let the radar do the talking. ---------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- Fair Use Notice: This site contains copyrighted material the use of which has not always been specifically authorised by the copyright owner.
